Building a strong partnership with a vendor requires trust. Trust is built over time and with repetitive positive experiences. So how do you select a new vendor or place trust on your initial orders? Our most common recommendations come from word-of-mouth and we couldn’t be more proud of that! We have 30-year relationships with some firms and we value their trust and their partnership. But we’re also all about allowing others in to evaluate us and help us improve. Here are just a few of the ways Cole Graphic Solutions measures up!
Cole Graphic Solutions is proud to have been certified by the Small Business Administration as a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB). To help level the playing field and create more opportunities for women entrepreneurs, the Small Business Administration established the Woman-Owned Small Business certification program. The certification process establishes that the business is fifty-one percent women-owned and operated through review of required documentation and site visits. Once certified, businesses benefit from increased visibility in the federal marketplace.
Cole Graphic Solutions is certified as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), the nation’s largest certifier of businesses owned and operated by women. WBENC Certification validates that the business is 51 percent owned, controlled, operated, and managed by a woman or women. To achieve WBENC Certification, women-owned businesses complete a formal documentation and site visit process. We appreciate the commitment to supplier diversity that is embraced by corporations and government agencies today and we can add diversity to your supply chain.
G7® Colorspace Compliance has the most stringent requirements of the G7 Master Programs. G7 Colorspace includes all the requirements of the G7 Targeted level (and therefore the G7 Grayscale level) and adds the matching to an entire Reference Print Condition. This level demonstrates that you are maintaining extremely tight tolerances throughout the whole color space. An entire IT8.7/4 target is compared against the targeted color space and the average of all the 1617 patches needs to be with a narrow range of tolerances. This assures that the printing system can consistently reproduce the entire color space and not just the primaries and secondaries (CMY and RGB).
Starbucks Ethica Sourcing of Manufactured Goods
Starbucks requires suppliers to communicate and uphold stringent standards regarding the ethical treatment of their employees, and oversight of their suppliers, contractors and subcontractors and, when appropriate. This is done to provide and continuously improve the educational, cultural, environmental, economic and social well-being of their employees and the communities in which they do business. Cole Graphic Solutions, Inc. is proud to have welcomed Starbucks’ agents into our business and to have provided transparency into our operations, policies, processes, and relevant records such that we have been awarded a B rating.
